Valentus takes great pride in the quality of its products and are confident that Valentus SlimROAST is the most effective and most complete weight loss coffee on the market today.

Valentus, Inc. (USA) will provide a full return of its products for up to ninety (90) days from the original date of sale. Proof of a retail receipt bearing the registered Valentus member’s correct ID number must be provided. Product returned must be unused, boxes of 24 sticks in an unopened, sealed and re-saleable condition, and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Product that is opened, or packaging that is not intact (damaged or otherwise) will not qualify for refund. Contact Valentus prior to returning at support@valentus.com.

All shipping or courier costs for the return of Product will be borne solely by the Independent Representative or Preferred Customer who ordered directly from the Company unless otherwise prohibited by law. Any damage or loss that occurs to returned Product during shipping will be the responsibility of the Independent Representative/Preferred Customer.

Return procedure: i) Write Independent Representative, Preferred Customer or Retail Customer ID in the return address on the box

ii) Provide Account Name in full and ID number inside the box and provide a written reason for the return


iii) Use a shipping method that provides a tracking number to ensure package is received in a timely manner 5. The Company will exchange Product if the Product is damaged in shipment, incorrectly sent due to a REV: August 2016, Valentus Inc. Company error, or of substandard quality. However, when an exchange is not feasible, the Company will refund the amount of the returned Product. If Product is damaged or defective, a registered Independent Representative or Preferred Customer should contact the Company within ten (10) days of receipt of the order.
